Summit Real Estate was founded in 2021. At first, Summit Real Estate started as a small office in Shkodër. Operating with a high level of professionalism allowed us to have more clients, so we could open a second office first in Shkodër, then in other cities like Tirana, Velipoja, and Shëngjin.
